Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://joeysbincleaningtx.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Joey's Bin Cleaning reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Joey's Bin Cleaning markets and arranges Trash Bin Washing, Trash Bin Sanitizing, Trash Bin Disinfecting, Trash Bin Deodorizing, Recycling Bin Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Joey's Bin Cleaning (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Joey's Bin Cleaning does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. Joey's Bin Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joey's Bin Cleaning from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.
Term Changes. Joey's Bin Cleaning may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
